Mandate

The Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission (FHRADC) has a mandate under Section 45 (4) of the Fijian Constitution of developing a culture of human rights in Fiji by promoting the protection, observance and respect for human rights in both public and private institutions.
