Business and Human Rights: A seven-step guide for managers
17 February 2017

The Equality and Human Rights Commission, Great Britain, has launched new guidance on business and human rights for managers of companies operating in the UK.
The Commission has produced a seven-step guide to help managers understand what they need to do to ‘know’ and ‘show’ their company respects human rights and a further set of guides to help managers handle and resolve human rights complaints from workers, customers and communities.
The new guides complement the Commission’s earlier five-step guide for company boards and draw on the experience of UK businesses who are embedding human rights at board and operational levels.
