National human rights institutions and access to remedy in business and human rights

This report by the Danish Institute for Human Rights highlights the role of national human rights institutions in facilitating access to redress where human rights violations occur in a business setting. They have identified trends and patterns, including common challenges faced by NHRIs and how these might be addressed to build capacity,  and promote action and collaboration, to help victims of  business-related human rights abuses access legal reparations.
