The Scottish Human Rights Commission produced a simple resource to explain the basics of the human rights-based approach and what this means in practice. The leaflet covers the PANEL principles and the FAIR flowchart to guide users to place human rights at the centre of decision-making to ensure that organisations and businesses are fulfilling their obligations.
